I. Account Usage Guidelines
(I) Account Registration and Verification
Registration Requirements: Users must be at least 18 years of age (minors must register with a legal guardian) and provide true and valid personal information (such as name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, etc.), ensuring that this information matches their ID. The platform assumes no responsibility for any issues such as account abnormalities or order failures caused by false information.
Account Verification: To ensure cross-border transaction security, users purchasing cross-border imported goods must complete real-name verification (submitting photos of both the front and back of their ID card or passport information). Verification information will be used solely for customs clearance and compliance review and will be kept strictly confidential by the platform and may not be used for any other purpose. Users who fail to complete real-name verification will not be able to place orders for cross-border goods.
(II) Account Management Responsibilities
Account Ownership: Each user may only register one platform account. Account ownership belongs to the platform, and the user only has the right to use it. Account transfer, rental, or lending is prohibited. The account registrant bears full responsibility for any financial losses or order disputes arising from account sharing. Security Maintenance: Users must create a sufficiently complex password (including letters, numbers, and special symbols) and change it regularly. If any unusual login activity (such as logging in from a different location or from an unfamiliar device) or fund changes are detected, the account must be immediately frozen and the password changed through platform customer service. The platform assumes no direct liability for account theft due to user misuse, but will assist in investigating transaction records.
II. Product Browsing and Purchasing Rules
(I) Product Information Review
Information Reference: Product information displayed on the platform (including price, specifications, origin, inventory, after-sales service, etc.) is provided by participating merchants. The platform conducts basic verification but does not guarantee absolute real-time information (for example, inventory may fluctuate temporarily due to multi-channel sales). Users must carefully review product details before placing an order, especially for cross-border products, such as "tax information," "delivery area," and "usage restrictions." If you have any questions, please contact the merchant or platform customer service for confirmation. Prohibited Illegal Operations: Users may not use scraping tools, automated scripts, or other technical means to bulk-grab product information. Users may not use platform resources for commercial analysis, data resale, or other activities. Violators may be subject to account suspension and legal action.
(II) Order Generation and Fulfillment
Order Submission: After confirming the product information and submitting the order, users must accurately enter the delivery address (including zip code and contact number), select the payment method, and ship method. Core information (such as product model and delivery address) cannot be modified after the order is submitted. If modifications are required, please contact customer service before the merchant ships the product. Adjustments can only be made with the merchant's consent. The platform is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by modifications.
Order Cancellation:
Users can cancel their orders before the merchant ships the goods. The platform will review the cancellation within 24 hours and, upon approval, will fully refund the payment (refund processing time is subject to the payment institution's regulations, typically 1-7 business days).
Orders that have already shipped (including cross-border goods that have entered customs clearance) cannot be canceled directly. Returns and exchanges must be requested after the goods arrive, in accordance with the after-sales service policy. Any resulting shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the user (excluding product quality issues).
III. Payment and Fee Explanation
(I) Payment Operation Guidelines
Payment Method Selection: The platform supports bank card transfers. Users must select a payment account under their own name. Transactions using other people's accounts or illegal funds are prohibited. If a payment fails due to a payment account issue (such as a freeze or limit), you must contact the payment institution to resolve the issue.
Payment Security Tip: During the payment process, the platform will not request sensitive information such as payment passwords or SMS verification codes for any reason. If you receive a payment notification that appears to be fraudulent, you must immediately stop the transaction and contact the platform's official customer service to verify the information to avoid financial loss. (II) Fee Coverage
Basic Fees: Users must pay the product's listed price and the agreed-upon shipping fee (as indicated on the order checkout page). For cross-border products not marked "Tax Included," users are also responsible for import duties, VAT, and other taxes. (Taxes are assessed by customs based on the product category and value. The platform will provide an estimated tax estimate before placing an order.)
Additional Fees: Users are responsible for any return shipping fees, storage fees, demurrage fees, and other charges incurred due to user errors (e.g., product refusal, incorrect delivery address requiring re-delivery). Additional fees incurred due to the merchant's or platform's fault (e.g., duplicate debits or erroneous charges) will be refunded within three business days after verification by the platform.
IV. After-Sales and Rights Protection Rules
(I) Return and Exchange Requirements
Domestic Products: Within 7 days of receipt, unused products that are not resaleable (intact packaging and complete tags) can be returned or exchanged without reason. If the product has quality issues (such as damage or malfunction), returns or exchanges can be requested within 15 days of receipt, with shipping costs borne by the merchant.
Cross-border Products: Due to high customs clearance and shipping costs, returns or exchanges without reason must be requested within 3 days of receipt, and the user is responsible for round-trip shipping and customs duties. Returns or exchanges due to quality issues must be requested within 7 days of receipt, requiring photo or video evidence of the product issue. Upon platform approval, the merchant will cover the return shipping and re-clearance costs.
Circumstances where returns or exchanges are not permitted: Customized products, fresh and perishable goods (such as fresh food), personal care products (such as opened cosmetics), and intimate apparel are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there are quality issues. Application Initiation: Users must submit a claim through the platform's "My Orders" page, describing the issue and uploading relevant evidence (such as photos and inspection reports). Merchants must respond to the claim within 48 hours; failure to respond will result in the platform automatically intervening.
Dispute Mediation: If the merchant and user cannot reach an agreement, the user may file a claim with the platform. The platform will investigate the order history, shipping information, communication records, and issue a mediation plan within 5 business days. If the merchant refuses to implement the plan, the platform reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the merchant's security deposit as compensation and impose penalties on the merchant for violations.
After-Sales Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be shipped within 7 days of the application being approved. The merchant must complete inspection and refund processing within 3 business days of receiving the returned product. Failure to process the returned product within this timeframe will automatically trigger the refund process.
V. User Behavior Restrictions
Prohibited Violations: Users are prohibited from posting false reviews, engaging in fraudulent order manipulation, inflating sales figures, defaming merchants or other users, or disseminating illegal content (such as pornography, violence, or advertisements for prohibited items). Violators will be subject to content deletion, account function restrictions, or account suspension, depending on the severity of the offense. Serious violations will be referred to relevant authorities for handling.
Compliance Requirements: Users must comply with the laws and regulations of the country where the platform is located and the countries where the products are sold. Users must not use the platform to purchase or sell prohibited items (such as controlled knives, flammable and explosive items), infringing goods, etc. The platform will be liable for any losses incurred as a result of user violations.
VI. Effectiveness of Terms and Dispute Resolution
Term Updates: The platform reserves the right to amend these Terms based on changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. Users will be notified of any such amendments through platform announcements, pop-up notifications, and other means. Continued use of the platform services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. Users who disagree with the amendments must immediately cease using the services. Dispute Resolution: Disputes between users and the platform or merchants will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If negotiation fails, users may file a lawsuit in a competent court in the platform's location (Shanghai, China) or apply for arbitration with the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (cross-border users may choose to apply the relevant laws and arbitration rules of the country in which the goods are sold).
Effective Date: These Terms of Use shall take effect from the date of publication, and the previous relevant User Rules shall be superseded. If users have used the platform services before these Terms take effect, they must confirm their agreement to these Terms within 30 days; otherwise, the platform reserves the right to restrict their use of the services.
